Today, i juz realised that i am a 'heavy chewer'. =___= i dun know why. i really love to eat chewing gum. Huhu. But, i never realised that EXCESSIVE USE CAN HAVE LAXATIVE EFFECT!! Err... that's wat i read on the label. Haha. So, that's why i always got stomachache. haizzzz~~ better remember to read the label first before eat. =_=
